Smooth check in process, friendly service from David. My only complaint is that none of the doors had to be propped open (David did try to make shift with brick) which didn’t stay put so the entire 3 hours of unloading we had to open the doors(2) each trip inside. I also unload half the truck then realized there were 2 easier access entrances closer to my unit. As a new customer I just can’t say enough about Extra Space Storage. I read so many outstanding reviews of course I thought it couldn’t be true. But it is. David is an amazing manager. He walked me through the entire process, location, cost, contract, and finished with a phone call letting me know everything was completed. I normally don’t write reviews but this type of customer service merits recognition. Thank you David!!
