Nice clean facility. Trevor was very helpful when figuring out what I needed since this was my first time looking into storage units. Wish the gates were 24/7 but guess it's more secure this way.

Very friendly and helpful customer service! They have been kind and accommodating. The units are decently priced and they have a variety of sizes to choose from. They have loading bays for box trucks which made things super efficient for my movers. The facility is nice, clean and well maintained. My only con is they advertise as temperature controlled, but it's hot in the actual unit if you go to add something or take something out (keeping in mind it is currently July). I had the pleasure of speaking with Barry, the manager, who was extremely helpful in getting me processed for an unit. The area is was secure. Also, Candace, his assistant is extremely nice, as well. I recommend this storage company. They are excellent in customer service. That is very important for me.

Derek was great today when I stopped in. I am renting a unit at another extra space storage facility in Virginia and was told I could stop by any location and sign my lease. Derek helped me out and answered all my questions about the size of my unit and what it could hold. He also helped me out with the boxes I needed as well as the lock I needed for my unit. I'm glad that such what could have been stressful process was stress free in less than 30 mins. Thank you Derek!

I just rented space at this facility. I cannot say enough good things about it. It is safe, secure, reasonably priced, and well managed. When Dereck gave me the tour I realized that I was dealing with a professional who took pride in how he managed the place. He is top notch. In fact, he is a big part of the reason I selected this storage facility.
