When I initially started the process of finding a place to store my stuff, I was uncertain as to where to start. After talking to a few people, they said, the Leverington site was slightly out of the way, but a great place. So I went to visit the site and met with Derek who, hands-down, gave me the best customer service, EVER. Excellent storage facility. Modern, clean and organized. You get more for your money and units have better dimensions than many other storage units in the area.
Just a great experience
My experience with Extra Space Storage was outstanding. From start to finish, the process took under an hour. I made a phone call, filled my car with some boxes, drove to the facility, toured the available spaces, completed the contract, and moved my stuff into the unit.. The sales rep, Derick, was helpful, informative, polite, patient, and knowledgeable! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the ease of use.
