Bait & Switch, deceptive practices I went into the office at 510 S Henderson Rd., King of Prussia to inquire about a drive up storage unit. Tiara Roberts-Howard said those were at the other location at 318 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia but she'd do the paperwork for me then send me there. She stated the rental fee would be $133 per month with tax. I said ok but I'd barely afford that because I'm on disability. I started out with a cheap deal off the internet and now I'm paying $97.50 a month for the smallest size (5 x 5)!

This place hasn't been climate controlled since I moved in years ago! It's freezing in the winter, hot and muggy in the summer, NEVER and i mean NEVER climate controlled. If you need to go in your space for some reorganizing or some digging, it's best you go when the outside temperature is comfortable, oh and be prepared for constant price increasing like the other reviewer said, 100 percent true. I only gave extra star for the convenience of location for me.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I joined in February at a set price and received a random rate increase postcard in May saying my price was going up $15/month. I'm beyond frustrated since NOTHING about this was mentioned during my visit and it's only been 4 months! Be careful...slippery operation they're running here
