Extra-storage customer service agents were excellent at a time when I was overwhelmed with my move. They were patient and kind but really know their business and that made all the difference in my decision to go with Extra Space Storage. Security was excellent also.
The sign-on process was easy and the pricing reasonable. You can access your belongings from 7AM - 10PM. The building is secure, with security coded gates, code-access sliding door entrances, and elevators. Carts are available at no charge. And the facility was very clean.
Best storage unit company in town. You guys ROCK!
