Extra space storage provides great customer service. The staff is very attentive and has provided good communication. Before booking the storage unit we currently have, I called one other place and was disappointed with the service. When I called Extra Space, the phone call was friendly, prompt and efficient with Marilyn. I would recommend to family and friends.
