This was my first time using a storage facility and I was a little nervous about it. Okay, more than a little nervous. Just ask Eric, the manager, who had several long phone calls with me as I asked a gazillion questions. (Sorry, Eric.) What a patient person he is. Even I wanted to smack myself. The day I went in to sign the contract, Yesenia greeted us.
