Great place for storage. Clean and the property was well managed. Mia was very professional. She took every Covid precaution I could think of. What she didn't know was I'm a high risk candidate and usually have the worse anxiety going to unfamiliar places. She helped me find the best size unit. She was safe and professional. I had to call her once when I thought the elevator was broken and she came right away to help. It wasn't broken and she explain to me what happened in case it happened again. Very Helpful. I spent a lot of time looking at reviews of storage places before settling on Extra Space Storage on Devon. I visited a few as well. Melissa And Mia have been courteous and helpful with every visit and every question. Very nice people to deal with. On multiple visits I observed Mia either along the roadway picking up garbage, cleaning up a storage locker or common area, or walking around the grounds picking up debris. Mia the manager of this location is incredible . So helpful in finding the best rates and times to move in or out. Always helpful in all situation. Moving is stressful enough, so it's nice to have a friend there to help and guide you when needed. I'd pick this location only. Mia is worth it.
