Everything was very easy to understand, at each step of the way. The price was affordable and the customer service was great! I didn’t expect this to be such a great customer service experience since this is a simple storage situation, but Mia at the Devon location in Lincolnwood was super friendly and helpful.

Mia was very informative, showed us different units as the one we reserved was not what we expected. The next one we reserved ended up not being big enough, so she accommodated us with a better option and made the process very easy!
