All of the employees were sincere in their caring efforts in giving the greatest customer experience. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone was answered on my 1st call. They had manners and treated me with dignity. The whole leasing process was explained thoroughly. Good old fashioned service like it should be. Love it! You guys were awesome. I'll never forget how well I was treated at Extra Storage. 😄

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! :) I am just amazed with the staff and facility here in Brooklyn Center, MN. Bill the Manager is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go above-and-beyond for his customers. Bill made sure I was in the right unit and didn't over sell. He even offered to double check pricing to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I will continue to lease from Bill and would HIGHLY recommend them for any storage needs. THANK YOU BILL!!
Move in was quick and easy. Bill was great with explaining and recommendations. Love that there are 2 garages and elevators for moving in/out. There are also a bunch of carts to help you move bigger items.
