Brooklyn Center Extra Space Storage is amazing I haven't been to any other self Storage where a manager would go above and beyond to help the customers there we joke and call her everyone's unpaid therapist on top of amazing customer service Mikki really does take so much pride in the appearance and cleanliness here. We have all become a family at the BC location I will forever recommend this location with Mikki as the manager there. Mikki is amazing! Always goes above and beyond. Extra space really has an incredible person representing them. I hope that Extra space truly see's her potential, loyalty, her heart, dedication and most of all her integrity not only with Extra Space, with all of us here as well. You truly cannot ask for a better staff Mikki & Walker are just incredible. The staff is amazing here you can tell they truly care, I couldn't imagine having to deal with some of the people that come through here. I can't get over how clean it is either, I always see the assistant manager Mikki wiping down the doors or sweeping up peoples messes. It's nice to see someone still take pride in their work. Walker is super nice and helpful he really knows his stuff. I know that with this these to my property is going to be safe and secure which takes a lot of weight off my shoulders. I can't tell you how many places I called to get the best rate friendly knowledgeable staff that have empathy and heart a place that would and could accommodate the space I needed to make my move just a little easier a place that took pride in the job they do all while making sure my mind was at ease knowing my belongings were going to be safe until I was able to take them out and not have to worry about well anything until I rented with Mikki.
