So during a unit swap my husband left the old unit unlocked. During the final move I thought 3 antique tables were stolen. Roger and Sandy immediately reviewed footage and provided extraordinary assistance. We found all 3 at home (husband moved them and forgot) so all was safe. They went above and beyond to help us and could not have been nicer. The place is clean, safe, well monitored. Sandy & Roger are 100% taking care of everything and everyone. I like this place just fine. A couple things to note: 1) on 3 separate occasions there have been zero carts available to haul to/from your car/unit. 2) the app only opens doors during business hours- but you can still use the pin pad 3) the entryway ramp causes the need for a running start to get through the sliding doors before they close- timing is rough sometimes. 4) flimsy wood strips are all they have to get over the little curb. If you hit it wrong it will dead-stop your cart. This caused injury to my finger and my cou... read more

Overall great access, safety once inside the coded doors. Was there 1.5 years and never had major issues.

Extra Space Storage made things very easy to both reserve and pay online, and the facility was exactly what I expected. What was not expected was the outstanding service by the staff. Elizabeth Ige was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me with a time sensitive problem. She was great and the company seemed genuinely great too.

Extremely clean, well lit, and new facility. Nice location, with easy access, climate control, and including elevators and hands trucks. Also, I have interacted with Meghan, the site manager, multiple times over a couple of years now. She is simply the best- personable, efficient, and accommodating to special needs. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, this has been a good experience so far. The process of signing up and reviewing the documents was pretty easy. There are some "hidden" charges (eg: lock and insurance) which boost the advertised price, but they're disclosed before you give the OK. As for the facility itself, the signage could be quite a bit better - inside and out - as the layout is a bit confusing.

I used Extra Space for ~ 8 months. The staff was great and it was a convenient location for me. I never had a problem getting in and out. They have a code-protected entrance so people can't just wander in. Overall a great storage experience.
