Facilities Manager Julie McGregor is informative, welcoming, and accommodating. My time renting a unit from her property was a smooth and efficient one. The rates are competitive and affordable and the service is top notch. I love the ease of access here and the locality. Doubles rent charges with no notice and no agreement then just charges your card increased rate. Stay away!

DON'T BELIEVE THE RATES. Rates quoted on the website are only good for 3 months. Then they DOUBLE! This is not stated in the online quote. Obscene. I am a landlord, and if I did that to my tenants, I'd be sued out of business. This is the largest storage company in America, so this practice is ALARMING. This is false advertising.

Horrible--------Listen up. I' am in the Philippines at the moment waiting for my wife's visa. In the meantime, my daughter put all my belongings in this facilities storage, it included many firearms, Greek and Roman coins, Big screen tv and Martial arts equipment. The office knew of the firearms. This was pretty much all I own as I am here, in the Philippines and have plans to move a little towards Pagosa Springs. Be aware your items are not safe in the storage unit. Our items were stolen the manager stated that it is easy to break into their building and not triggering the alarm. She also stated this is the problem with many buildings in Denver.

Hit with an $80 increase on the lease out of nowhere. A supposed letter was sent. Apparently my move in rate was promotional & will not be honored to keep a good client. Coincidentally after extraspacestorage stock took a nose dive lol. Terrible business ethics!
This place is terrifying. My husband got the unit so he could store some of his work products which he has to ship out pretty regularly. I work near by and he hoped that I would be able to occasionally stop and pick up an item to take to fed ex down the street. Once he moved in we realized this place is not safe and I do not feel comfortable going there alone. Many times there have been people sleeping in the hallways. We had our stuff in there for over a year and we paid a partial payment and then they took all of our stuff they sold at auction without even notifying us all my stuff is gone my grandkids stuff is gone daughter stuff is gone I don't know how they could do that and be so heartless!
