The two employees at this Extra Space Storage facility are the reason for my five-star rating. They were professional, friendly, and available to answer our questions. They provided expert guidance on the space best suited to our needs and went over and above to assist us when our moving company left a piece destined for storage on the truck!
Great move in experience. Ashley was very nice and walked me through the whole process which was different due to Covid 19. I was able to safely view the units to see which size I needed. I was guided through the online process step by step. Access is 7 days week. You can load and unload in an enclosed and secure space. There are plenty of carts available for use. The facility is also clean. No complaints so far. Two thumbs up!
I have a safe, adequate, secure easily excessable storage facility that you can't help but love the employees are respectful, friendly and most of all accurately helpful you'll definitely be satisfied.
The representative I was working with was a pleasure to speak with. Always available for questions, very friendly. Facility is spotless!
