I have to say I never thought I would ever want to deal with a storage unit after dealing with a public storage. Then Push came to shove and I needed a better answer. Extra space opened up off of 68th and Parkway I have been there ever since. That being said. It's all about communication!. Cody is the man. Up most respect to the man. He works with you. Went to rent a unit and it was the easiest process ever! Got into my unit in 15 minutes and was able to feel like my items were safe and secured. The employees are wonderful and go above and beyond in their ability to facilitate pristine customer service. I would recommend anybody to store their belongings here.

The particular location is super nice. Clean. The manager followed up with me several times before. They were closed when I brought my stuff. Really easy to get in out without supervision. Great prices too.
My sister was using this facility recently. She had a pretty good experience. Their handtrucks made the move much easier for us since we didnt have movers at all. Would probably come back here given the choice. Staff is very friendly and will take their time to answer questions we had.
I was pleased with the Customer Service, especially Erin. He was highly responsive, kind and patient. He was also empathetic to our situation, as our move did not go well with outside moving company from Memphis, TN to Oregon. Erin also was flexible, as we needed that in the end to get all goods out, as had issue with local moving company and their truck that arrived. Thank you very much!
Very fast service and the Facilty is secure and very safe. I was really impressed how clean they keep this facility. Highly recommend.
This was the most pleasant experience ever! The units are clean and very affordable. We cannot recommend Extra Space Storage highly enough. The location we chose, is on SW 68th Parkway in Tigard, Oregon. We were lucky to have dealt with Danae, who was super helpful and very pleasant.
