We just rented a new unit from this location. The facility is bright and super clean. Tyler is very helpful and he provides great customer service!

*******UPDATE ****** Went to get something out of my storage unit and found that the entire place is infested with rodents all of my brand new furniture ruined pure negligence of the property manager - he admitted to knowing they had an issue and never mentioned it to anyone - they refuse to help or compensate for anything the manager is a nasty cowardly man and their district manager is a joke

Beware! Serious bait and switch going on with this company. I rented a 10x10 unit for $90 a month back in July. Seemed like a good situation because the actual facility is nice, clean and conveniently located. After 3 months, my rate almost doubled to $170 with no notice or reasoning. I spoke with several people but nothing came of the conversations - they said they couldn't do anything personally but would put in requests to managers, etc. etc. but I never heard back. So upset with extra space storage. I moved cross country and had to rent a storage unit to keep my belongings because I'm only gone temporarily. My original rate was $39 a month which was great and the facility was clean and close for access. After only three months at my original rate I noticed they charged $78 for this month which is literally double my original rate. They claimed they sent a notice but I do not have anything, regardless, a 100% increase after only three months. Absolutely insane to do that to their custom... read more

Beautiful clean facility but... I got the introductory rate of $101 and they raised it four times in 2 1/2 years to $258, a 155% increase with less than 30 days' notice each time. I finally moved out last week before they raised it again. The excuse they gave was not because costs were going up, it was because that market rates in the area had increased and basically they could jack them up. Guess they don't care about keeping happy customers.

The people are great. The space is clean. The practices are robbery. After three months they raised rent a ridiculous amount. Seriously wrong in every sense. After reading your response I looked up your rates. The unit is currently advertised at just under $120 which is where I got it. Three months after moving in it raised to just shy of $300... 150% increase. I've had rentals for almost 30 years and could never dream of doing that to my tenants. When I rented my 5' by 10' it was $68.00 per month, now slightly over a year later it is $122.00 per month. Just read on NextDoor where this very facility had a client who had her unit robbed. Too expensive, unfortunately I am physically disabled and very difficult for me to move out. ARGH!

Well let's see, where to start...Keep in mind this is a brand new building in Tigard OR, we were some of the first tenants. We were "guaranteed" that this was a safe and secure building, and the rate would only be adjusted twice per year at no more than 9%. Started renting July of 2020. In October 2020 we got an email that there was a sprinkler pipe burst next to our unit and there may be some flood damage, we were fortunate. The staff at the facility are excellent. The building is clean and safe. However, I received notice that my rate for the storage unit was going to increase by over 50%, so I moved out.
