Facility is clean and well maintained. I currently have no concerns about potential rodent infestation and damage. This is my 3 experience with Extra Space Storage. They are always ready and willing to work with my storage needs, and I will always go to them first. I love that I don't smell that dead rodent smell when I walk in! Lol!

The personnel that helped me at Extra Space were so helpful and took extra initiative to walk around to review several options that were ready to rent. I was pleased they were patient in my decision making process and I really like how clean my storage unit is! It’s easy to get in and store my belongings with the carts they provide. I feel happy about returning there pick up a stored item or putting more in. Cheers to Extra Space...you’ve made my life easier.

My unit is clean, easily accessible, inside and secure. Convenient means of getting my storables into the unit. 100% satisfied!
Thorough teaching of all options to assist in making the best well informed choice. Assisted with helping me determine which type of storage unit would be best related to my personal items in regards toclimate control ensuring safe storage. Courtesy was excellent and he assisted with proper size of unit that accommodated my load size needs. Easy access with cart to haul from vehicle to storage area. Well informed on future access and payments made easier by direct deposit. Overall excellent service!

Very nice and clean facility. Their introductory rates are a little on the spendy side compared to other storage facilities. What really upset me was a near %30 rent increase after only four months. Hiking rent that much that soon is completely unacceptable. It's unethical and predatory. Don't be fooled by low introductory rates, they can and will gouge you as soon as possible.

0 0 0 stars for this evil storage place, these owners all are dirty, they low down dogs oh how they charge way to higher prices to blacks only because they no blacks we are the real people here. SO WITH THIS SAID, THE TRUTH is JUST RUN FROM THIS STORAGE Place, THEY ALL ARE JUST LOWDOWN CROOKED DOGS OK IM SERIOUS..And those giving this storage them lying 5 stars are the owners who wanna bait unsubspecting customers in and then they go in for the kill, stealing yo money, the dirty old dogs!
So, first of all — major false advertising. They say they have 20x30 spaces when in actuality they are two separate units next to each other and are 10x15. Second, they have hundreds of units yet only 2 carts for the whole facility, if at all, to use so bring your own hand truck, I guess. Third, they don’t even have an option for tenants to dispose of their cardboard or trash. Other facilities build that sort of thing into the price or for a fee you can access a dumpster with code.
