I was misinformed as when my first payment would be debited, was told there was a move in promotion and my first part would debit in April and then March the debited me my rent and a late fee. Also did not have a working gate code, the manager gave me hers to use for over a month???? Safety is definitely not an issue. Called the customer service number and requested to speak with district manager, nope that hasn't happened either. Legal action forthcoming
