Extra space was extremely helpful in helping me get it a unit that matched my needs. They were friendly courteous and very informative on the whole process I would recommend them to anyone else who is looking for storage.

I would have rated this a 0 if possible. I believe that something was not right with a storage that I bid on. There was no lock on the unit that my self or my husband or my son seen. Also they refused to show a storage Lien on the the unit I purchased to myself or the storage treasures. If nothing is wrong why is there o prof of the lien. Raised my rate twice within 9 months. 15% then 40%. They came into Spokane, bought out other storage places and have a monopoly on the area. Corporate greed when people are struggling to find homes to buy OR even rent. Shame on you for making a difficult time even harder.
