Raised my rate twice within 9 months. 15% then 40%. They came into Spokane, bought out other storage places and have a monopoly on the area. Corporate greed when people are struggling to find homes to buy OR even rent. Shame on you for making a difficult time even harder.

There should be at least 2 gates at the loading docks. We were forced to carry our items up the ramps due to restrictions in waiting until another patron was finished loading.
