Mrs. Meloney is a very polite and respectful woman. I called about my bill and was very frustrated that I didn't understand it. She walked me through everything and even calmed my nerves over the whole incident. I apologized for my ignorance.

Mrs. Meloney has amazing customer service skills and helped me tremendously in understanding all the different sized units and the pricing differences. She very well explained the climate controlled units available as well. I definitely recommend asking to speak with her when needing assistance.

I actually did this on the phone. It went well. The lady was with me every step of the way explaining everything... Giving me time to read everything... Telling me enerything I needed to know...
Everything was explained. Manager was very nice and helpful. Place was clean and covenant.
Customer Service is outstanding at this location, everything was explained and the employee took the time to get to know me and answered any and all of my questions. I also received a follow up call just checking in which I thought was very nice. I did not have to deal with anyone in person, mostly everything was over the phone and then my lock was left in my locker which I enjoyed. I would highly recommend this place for all storage needs!!!
