JoAnn was lovely, she helped me tour the property before hand and it was very clean, easily accessible with large elevators and carts for connivence right at the loading dock. She also ran me through everything I needed to know while renting in a very easy and understanding way. Getting the keys was painless and super simple due to her amazing help. Customer service was great and the price was very good. I had a space at life storage on Merritt Blvd. that was a nightmare. Customer service was poor. And the District Manage was calling us liars and would even return our call.Would not recommend them to no one.
