I had a great experience renting a storage space from Extra Space Storage. The employees are very professional and polite. That hasn't been the case I've come across with other companies. The area I am renting in is in high demand and it was difficult to find a space at any storage place in the Spring/Woodlands area. I reserved my space online and when I went in to fill out the paperwork and access my unit they were able to save me some money with a different unit than the one I reserved online. Doris was fantastic helping us find the right unit at the right price. Their customer service took care of us right away after a miscommunication in price. The facility is very well maintained and freight elevators are roomy for upper floors. Two thumbs up!!
