The ladies there are outstanding, knowledgeable and very helpful. They really care about your storage. They are quick to call you if your locks are on improperly, or if in my case, broken into. They walked me through my storage , let me know what the next steps were and took the stress out of a very stressful situation. They told me to come back after a deep search and they would help me if I needed to file a claim. I would have given five stars for the service but I did get broken into, so i'm upset about the violation, not... read more

Our first time renting a storage unit. My brother Andrew and I came to rent a storage and we had the chance to work with Carla. She was very thorough, very informative and walked us through the whole process from showing us the unit, explaining the contract, and setting up our code for access. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to her and being our first time. No experience with the renting journey yet, but can highly recommend her customer service!

My first time getting a storage unit once I moved out from the bay. I'm actually glad I did. Junior helped me and answered all of my questions and explained the process for me very thoroughly. It's clean and spacious and fit my needs for the time being. I love Juniors professional and humorous personality, he can definitely hold up a conversation and make you feel welcomed. folks, plz don't use the extra space storage 3045 elkhorn blvd, n. highlands, ca 95660. property was breached march, 2025, thieves used a u-haul truck to break in not sure how many storage units, someone who has a unit, opened main gate, stayed at gate until u-haul truck was at gate to enter property. mgmt has refused to provide any information about anything. mgmt didn't even notify sheriff and are hiding facts. have had no investigation from sheriff's, absolutely nothing........... u-haul trucks have corporate informat... read more
Worst storage space business ever. Went up there at 10:00am to get into my space on a Saturday (which they're supposed to be open at 9:00am) and no one was there in the office. I called customer service who was zero help and even went to another storage space to see if they could help, but was then told if the employee calls out then the place is considered closed! How is that a business, you're closed on days you're supposed to be open if your employee doesn't feel like coming in???
I was pleased with the gate hours and pricing so didn't trip too much when I discovered mouse poop in my stuff, or when access was denied for two days for repairs without prior notice, or when the timer light lost power because a breaker was tripped and it took a month to restore. What I found UNACCEPTABLE was that only nine months after moving in, I received a notice of a rate increase of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!
