Worst storage space business ever. Went up there at 10:00am to get into my space on a Saturday (which they're supposed to be open at 9:00am) and no one was there in the office. I called customer service who was zero help and even went to another storage space to see if they could help, but was then told if the employee calls out then the place is considered closed! How is that a business, you're closed on days you're supposed to be open if your employee doesn't feel like coming in???

I was pleased with the gate hours and pricing so didn't trip too much when I discovered mouse poop in my stuff, or when access was denied for two days for repairs without prior notice, or when the timer light lost power because a breaker was tripped and it took a month to restore. I wish i could put a zero star. Personally have gone elsewhere and will never do business with again. NO need to do a follow up comment to save yourself.

Horrible customer service. I made a payment on my friends unit, but they won't give me a receipt because I'm "not on the contract". If being on the contract was such a huge deal, shouldn't you not take a payment from me at all?
