Mouse poop and trash everywhere. Nicky is unfriendly and unhelpful, she's fake nice when other people are around. They randomly close the property during business hours and the only notice is a flyer taped on the fence

I wish i could put a zero star. Personally have gone elsewhere and will never do business with again. NO need to do a follow up comment to save yourself.

Horrible customer service. I made a payment on my friends unit, but they won't give me a receipt because I'm "not on the contract". If being on the contract was such a huge deal, shouldn't you not take a payment from me at all?
