This is a great new storage unit. Only 7 years old and it looks in top shape. prices are good, plenty of units, staff is nice, loads of parking, nice hours, and they designed the parking lot to prevent floods.

There are 2 Michael's that work there. Michael and Mike. They are both outstanding, friendly employees that went above and beyond on the day of the move. The property was clean and they explained the terms of the agreement with patient. Ask for them as they will make your move a great experience!!!!

This business took the place of CubeSmart. Both of the businesses were so responsive and friendly with any needs. The place is super clean and there have been zero problems with heat or humidity. Highly recommend!

I'd never rented storage space before so was happily surprised to discover how fast, easy and affordable it was at this Extra Space location in Northvale, NJ. You can do everything online and move in at your convenience. The facility is nearly brand-new -- immaculate and fresh-smelling (important when you're stashing important stuff!). Amazing Facility with very professional staff. Carolyn called me and welcomed me to Extra Space Storage. Upon our arrival several hours later, Carolyn greeted us, walked us through the gate code entry as well as opening our new unit! The facility is brand new and super clean. The monthly rates are the best around! I highly recommend using their website to process your new storage unit!
I researched a lot of self storage places in the areas surrounding the Mario M Cuomo (fka Tappan Zee) Bridge. Extra Space in Northvale, NJ had the best rates by far -- and when I went to visit I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful Carolyn was and how clean and well-lit the whole property was.
