rented a unit at this storage place and both times my items were damaged the management at this facility is horrible very bad customer service do not rent here

Good introductory rate, however, exorbitant increases multiple times per year. Local management does not care about long term clients. Even corporate Customer Service does not return calls or concerns about pricing. Attitude is move to another facility to get a lower rate.

I'm having the same crappy experience as another reviewer. Got settled into a unit with a reasonable price and four months later they increased my rate $100 more per month. We tried to contest it and they said we had a promo rate that expired, though that wasn't outlined anywhere. Really disappointing because customer service seemed very friendly and genuine. Once they get you in a unit the rate drastically changes month to month. My rate increased 51%, from $84 to $129 in 4 month period. Meanwhile the same exact size unit is still being advertised online for $84, so the bs excuse the owner tried giving me of adjusting the rate to current market prices is just a false claim. It's shady to lure consumers in with a low price that is still being advertised and then jack the rate up, it's pure greed.
