Posting for a friend who doesn't have Facebook First and last time renting from this place. First things first, upon moving my stuff into my unit I asked if I could pay 2 months in advance. I was very vocal about this and repeated it multiple times. Even after changing units I tried to pay the difference in advance but my payment was not processed correctly so my attempt to pay in advance was pointless. Extra Space Storage took over management of the storage facility right around the first of the year. Immediately insurance rates went up and now rental rates have gone up, making them higher in price compared to many other local climate-controlled storage locations. Shop around, friends.
