The manager, ?Steve, was friendly and accomodating! Their system is fair and the entire building is essentially dust free. We had belongings in storage at 345 Industrial Ave Minneapolis for 11 months and there was no need to dust off surfaces before moving the items out. Bring your own garbage pail - they don't provide that.
We needed only two weeks of storage and it was a last minute request. It was easy to reserve and rent online; the onsite manager was super helpful and friendly, and the space was clean. I would highly recommend!
The manager made the move-in super easy & convenient. The facility is spacious & easy to access while being inside, which is super nice on a chilly day.

I needed a last minute storage locker for my daughter's stuff after she moved out of her college apartment. The facility is super clean. It has a really awesome drive in garage so all you have to do is punch in your code, drive in, unload/load, and drive out. Lots of carts to transport stuff from the car to your locker. Front desk staff was super friendly. They have boxes, a lock and other last minute moving supplies. Our locker was very clean and well lit. Very happy with our experience here.

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been an going A+++ at the Minneapolis, 345 Industrial Blvd. NE location. I've used other storage units in the past but due to ONE individual this storage area ranks the best in my opinion. "Steve Golombecki" is the epitome of excellence in professionalism, courteous behavior, knowledge of his product and a stellar work ethic. Always felt safe. Great temperature control. You keep your lock when you're done. Auto pay was easy. The remote access is also great for when you're moving in and out, so you don't have to open each door manually or give out codes. Loved my experience renting a unit for the past year. I toured 3-4 storage facilities, this by FAR was the cleanest and had the best customer service.
