The facility is clean and the office staff is friendly. The complaints I have are regarding the elevator access. I am about to pay my 2nd month of rental and the 2nd elevator has been out of order for the entire time. There is very limited parking which leaves everyone crowding around a single elevator and door trying to load/unload. This is extremely inconvenient and makes the process very tedious and time consuming. It ended up making the cost of my move double because of paying an hourly rate for the movers.
