RecommendedThe facility is clean and the office staff is friendly. The complaints I have are regarding the elevator access. I am about to pay my 2nd month of rental and the 2nd elevator has been out of order for the entire time. There is very limited parking which leaves everyone crowding around a single elevator and door trying to load/unload. This is extremely inconvenient and makes the process very tedious and time consuming. It ended up making the cost of my move double because of paying an hourly rate for the movers. So I was charged On the 4th of June. I contacted and tried to get my unit closed on the 5th. was told that I would not get any money back. then was contacted at 4:45 saying I had to get in before close if I wanted to get any refund. long story short I didn't make it and didn't get the message till 11 min after closing. now I will have paid 145 dollars for.something I used for 2 days this month. I fully expect a refund on Monday the 7th.
