super friendly staff
This was my first storage experience. I truly enjoyed the office personnel. Both of the employees were so helpful and respectful. I am a senior citizen on a walker. They went all out to be helpful to me and my daughter who walks with a cane. Great customer service and care.

This is the cleanest and most secure storage facility near center city Charlotte and the staff is extremely accommodating.
From beginning to end Michelle made my move much easier to accomplish. She is, by far, the most professional property manage I’ve ever worked with.
The employees were so helpful and friendly. The phone was answered immediately and they were so patient. They seemed like they really wanted to get the right storage for my needs. Also, the facility is so clean and safe. I will definitely recommend to others.
