We needed Extra Storage for 4 years and found them professional, courteous and safe. I felt safe being there and my stuff was safe as well. Very convenient location on 10th Street in Charlotte.

I received superb service from the staff at the S. Four Mile Run Drive location in Alexandria, VA. Tony was so helpful and knowledgeable and made my sister's move so much easier to facilitate from out of town. It's hard to get good customer service these days but they are great at it!!!

Had such an incredible experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is super easy to get to and incredibly clean. There are carts available for use, a clean bathroom and plenty of parking. Even better were the staff. Michelle and Sharon were lovely, super friendly and amazing to work with!!! Thank you Extra Space Storage for making my life easier!!!!
