l never had any issues with the storage, nice and clean! I started with a promo , good price.

Efficient and clean. Helpful with receiving packages (cannot receive a lot of packages though). Saul is very nice.

Very helpful office manager. Clean and safe. Plenty of flatbeds and parking. The quoted price seems to change when you reserve so make sure to take a screen shot. Your price is only protected for the months you prepay. Didn't know this.

I recently rented storage space from Extra Space Storage, 10 Hampshire Rd, Salem, NH 03079. To date I am very happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the ease of access to the unit. Moreover, I was really impressed with Saul, the representative who assisted me with the rental. Saul went over the workings of the facility, access, etc. and then he escorted me to look over the available units. I found what I was looking for and rented the unit. The entire experience we had here was AWESOME !! 24 hour access, free use of rolling carts, the place is always SPOTLESS and well maintained. The staff is courteous and super friendly. Their prices are very competitive even though you get ALOT more convenience here. My family and I have used 3 other storage facilities in the area and this one is BY FAR the best !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!
Went to extra space storage today spoke with Chris (assistant manager Salem) he was very kind and courteous, he answered my questions. He was excellent
Great and clean facility manager is nice guy I would recommend extra space storage to all my friends and family
Worst storage experience ever. This place is INFESTED with rats!!! Urine and feces everywhere!! Creates mold. Ruined over $10,000 of personal, sentimental items from family members that cannot be replaced and brand new items. If you look at past reviews this has been an ongoing issue for 3+ years. They regularly sweep the hallways because of the mice feces everywhere. Class action lawsuit coming.

Terrible people. They upped my storage space rent by $150/month after 4 months of signing contract. They charged me for a full months storage when I went to get my stuff at 9:00am the day my contract renewed for next month, so I payed $273.00 for a whole months rent, for using it for one hour. They also illegally charged my card 3 days before approved. Terrible heartless people just looking to more than double monthly rent and and auction your stuff off. Completely immoral! I must warn you do not trust this owner or company!
