The facility is clean if I had any questions they were more than happy to help me any pro with my bill again they were on top of it they were professional but friendly entropy make you feel comfortable I highly recommend
I love this location in Salem Nh. The Manager is so helpful and easy going. I feel safe spending hours here sorting through my stuff. The facility is clean, well lit, secure with plenty of parking in the lot and two drive up spaces to unload. I’ve rented storage for over 30 years in Los Angeles, Connecticut, New York City, Westchester county Ny, Scottsdale AZ and now here. This ranks as the best both in facility and on site customer service.

Always a easy experience John I believe is the gentleman in the office is always a great help never a problem getting in or out no hassle at all . I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

There prices keep going up! Started paying $85.00 four years ago and now the raise there rates again up to $238.00!!! They don’t give seniors discounts !
