Terrible people. They upped my storage space rent by $150/month after 4 months of signing contract. They charged me for a full months storage when I went to get my stuff at 9:00am the day my contract renewed for next month, so I payed $273.00 for a whole months rent, for using it for one hour. They also illegally charged my card 3 days before approved. Terrible heartless people just looking to more than double monthly rent and and auction your stuff off. Completely immoral! I must warn you do not trust this owner or company!

Increases in rent are to be expected. However, a 100% increase is absolutely outrageous! Also employees shouldn't be making promises that they are unable to keep, especially with something like price increases. I stand by my original review, I DO NOT recommend this business.

Overlapping and Confusing text messages every month causing visits to be sure payment was recorded properly. Substantial monthly fee increase with no recallable advance notice. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right is doing I left as soon as as I was able to. Mice droppings discovered in my 3rd floor unit while sweeping up as part of the move out.
