Please 🥺 fix the elevator that's always broken! Get more carts can never find one when needed. Have to drag my personal items to make 3-4 trips to and from car. Constantly going up on fees. But don't be a day late their calling!! Now what??? PS. PLUS THE GATE NEVER WORKS!!!!???? OH, I ALWAYS ENJOY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DESK! I GIVE THEM AN A+ FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL ☺️!

RecommendedNot thrilled with this experience so far. Unit wasn’t ready so a whole day wasted. The price is great (for now) so that’s a huge plus.

CS was great! Went to storage building where a man on the inside slammed a plackets on the locked door. I thought it was going to brake the glass. He then walked away with our even trying to help us. The plackets had will return at 3:00 p.m. it was 4:00 ! Canceled my space and won’t be back !
