Horrible customer service ! My Code was not working pushed button for help and told them my name and waited 20-30 minutes with no response and you would think they would come help me. Told them if they could just open the gate to get help at the front desk. When I got to the front desk they didn't apologize or anything. They seemed extremely annoyed. They had to help me with my code. Definitely will be relocating both of my storages must likely.

Personally I didn't like my experience at this location. From the jump moving in was a challenge, they didn't have enough carts accessible and this was in the evening time I literally had to look all over the place for one definitely not a satisfying experience especially when you're moving things alone and don't have anyway to load your things so I finally waited 30mins and ended up seeing one by the time I left there was a total of 2 carts i have used extra space at other locations and have never had this experience they m... read more

I hate this storage place. I've been a customer here for at least 4 months and I use extra space storage all the the time but never again. After my bill was due I was a little late on payment but I work long hours so I have money just no extra time. I get a call from one of the workers saying my bill is due I tell her ok I'll pay it and if I forget just call me back.
