This storage facility is very well kept, clean and new looking. I just moved in today and couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Deahvion and Ashley for helping me and making this such a smooth process!

On my last day of moving out Mr Briyede was very professional and very caring about his customers. At one point I wasn't able to open my storage and I asked him to help me and he came all the way back to my unit to help me get in the storage. He was so helpful beyond my imagination to see such a caring and selfless person to make sure I was well taken of that day. I was blown away by the time and effort sonya gave to assist me in obtaining information about units. Sony displayed knowledge and excellent customer service. It was refreshing to receive such service that day. I recommend all their reps to take notes from Sonya if they haven't already.

Horrible customer service ! My Code was not working pushed button for help and told them my name and waited 20-30 minutes with no response and you would think they would come help me. Told them if they could just open the gate to get help at the front desk. When I got to the front desk they didn't apologize or anything. They seemed extremely annoyed. They had to help me with my code. Definitely will be relocating both of my storages must likely.
