Online reservation process was easy to use and then I was able to look at the unit and complete the process in person. The staff was great from calling me to confirm my reservation to finishing the process in person. They answered all of my questions and made the process easy and effective.

Have been using extra storage for years, needed a unit in another city and they were fantastic. I'm glad I stayed with the same company. I did some research for cost and service and found this to be the best in most categories
