So far so good! Brand new customer & the reservation process was super quick and simple! And Whitney was super nice to deal with!!

The rental process is fast and easy! I did it all online and they had everything that I needed in the space when I got there! The gate and door codes were sent to me as soon as I made the initial payment. I was surprised that e wry thing went so smooth. And the first time I went the woman working saw me and welcomed me and told me to let her know if I needed anything. Great experience!

Be weary of this place and their price hike bs. I was there for 3 months and then the fourth month they were already raising the price to double. When I called they gave the standard bs speech about market rate and that they can raise the price once a year. After complaining she agreed to lower it from the 160 to 120 which is still ridiculous to me since the original payment was 85 i think. Now I just received another notice on the 12 month of being there that they are raising it again but this time from 120 to 200. To be cl... read more

I had to use this storage facility for over a year because I moved cities. They raised prices throughout the year SIGNIFICANTLY. By the time I moved out all my stuff it was covered in the biggest black widows I've ever seen and insane amount of dirt and debris. They kept the road where you drive in clean but only to find out all the dust and debris would be blown into your unit.
