I have been with this site for 2 years now and my unit has always been clean and safe!! Fair pricing and great availability. The office is also always clean and the staff amazing!! respectful and helpful consistently!!

5 stars for the staff. Especially the young lady in the front. She was amazing they are always super helpful and very kind. As far as the storage it's okay but, my storage kept going up in price and there was water damage to a lot of my stuff. Also found out from others thst they had locked in rates. I've been a customer for 20plus years wish they helped me with locking in my rates.

I left a review before but now there are some different people working in there but the service has not changed. It is absolutely amazing and so I just have to give a special shout out to the women in the office that are working there now that have given me exceptional service which is Aaliyah and jazz. They are super helpful and raised the standard of customer service. I recommend this facility and I have been storing here for about 3 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks ladies your doing an amazing job!!!!

I love Cyndi. She does an awesome job She let me know when a car space opened up. So now I have 2 storage and a car space until I'm settled. The storage area is so nice and clean. She even brought out water for my puppy when I was unloading. Thanks for the great Manteca welcome!

I recommend this specific location as Aaliyah is a great experienced manager who is there to ensure that your items are well taken care. Every interaction with Aaliyah is a great one and I appreciate her smile evertime a customer enters and exits the gate.

I checked out almost every storage place in the area. Fairly similar. What grabbed me and made me choose this location was the gal managing the place Aaliyah. She was so pleasant and helpful and the entire place is super clean. She made moving in a breeze and been brought by the dolly. Thanks

I've been with Extra Storage Space in Manteca for a few years now . Cindy is so friendly. I left when I didn't need a unit and then came back to Extra Storage Space because of Cindy's hospitality. She made me feel safe and comfortable here. ALSO when I had COVID this year in January, I was unable to make my payment and I kept in close communication with the staff. At the time there was no relief for people's income if they were out of work due to COVID. BECAUSE of how Extra Storage Space handled this situation I will be stay... read more

We rented a unit from Extra space storage . The facility is well maintained and prices are good . Renting experience with web is smooth. Facilities manager Gisselle is really friendly to talk and explained well about all the process.
