RecommendedEveryone that i spoke to there were awesome to me. A÷÷ on customer service. Clean place, if I need to use storage again I would go to them. The price was same as others that were not temp controll

Love that it is temp regulated, used for 3 months as moving out of state , allowing us to grab more stuff each visit back to Boise. Moved out the day before rent due was cancelled and no charge for next month in a moments notice.
Kirk and Jamie were great! I decided to. I’ve units and they made it so easy. The complex is very well maintained. I highly recommend the complex on Amity Road.

Although I didn’t appreciate the increase in rent after only two months on the ‘online reservation special’ rate I had signed up for, the unit was nice and clean and easy to get to. I liked the rolling carts that eased the loading and unloading process. The reservation and cancellation process was easy and the customer service was great as well.
When my contracting company needs storage space, this is where we rent a unit. Prompt and professional customer service, and well maintained property. Highly recommend.
I have rented at Extra Space Storage for 4 years at different properties. The manager Jamie is friendly and professional. The customer service is top notch. The facility is well maintained and you can see Jamie takes pride in the property.
