I've been looking for a new storage that had coverage. I worked with Stephanie, who was extremely helpful and very professional. The area is well maintained and secured. I recommend this place 100%.

So far so good....I've actually have been really happy with my experience so far. My wife booked the space online and a few hours a later I received a call from the manager (I assume) to finalize and pay for the unit. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but she was super nice and very helpful. The unit was clean and ready for me to start moving stuff in. Not sure I understand business model here. Bring in people with 3-6 month discount rate. Raise rates to market price while still offering original discounted rate to new clients. Asking for a price between the discounted rate and the market price and basically told to get out. Thank you for the loyalty after a year and a half. I will take Business literally down the street.

We have been using this storage now for 4 years. While it started out great our fees have increased by over 100% since Extra Space took over. I called about this most recent increase (made 5 calls) and it wasn't until I blocked my number that I actually got to speak to someone. Its too bad as the facilities are really nice but they are definitely money hungry! Also beware of the scams that if they will not prorate if you move out 1/2 way through the month.

I have been a good paying customer for approx 6 years. Raised my rent from -200 to 400 / month . Included in that rent is to be provided 110v power to keep batteries charged . This power has been very unreliable in one section ( new one) and new manager ( been there -6 months) seems indifferent and when speaking with him, disrespectful to his customer (me). I remain a tenant for now due to convenience near my home but I certainly would not recommend this place primarily due to the condescending attitude of this manager. ... read more

Location at 18612 S. Lindsey Rd in Gilbert Az is TERRIBLE! The gate is always broken and they just leave a note on the keypad to call a 1-800 number. Imagine pulling a 35 foot trailer into a parking lot off a busy street only to find out the gate will not open and you have to back out on to the major street to go to a different gate and hope it works. Move out now!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. The gate is broken and so they just leave it wide open 24/7. My trailer was stolen off the lot at 2:00am when the gates are supposed to be locked down (even to residents). They didn't even notice it was stolen and it took for another resident to come in looking for their trailer (which was also stolen) 4 days after the theft for them to realize that not one but TWO trailers were stolen in one night.
