Yesterday we popped in to check out some details on storage space . Raphael at the front desk welcomed us with great communication skills he is wonderful I appreciate his help and patience, very sweet man. I recommend him to anybody that pops up and checks out the place he gave us a nice tour, we found a perfect match. Thank you again

Storage itself is great no problems with break ins. The front desk was really helpful and courteous to me. The storage has been great with keeping me updated and preventing hidden fees. All around great service.

Primo the manager at this site assisted me greatly in finding the right site for my storage. The entire facility is managed with climate control and has recently opened up. This facility is good when looking for a place to store delicate goods. Thank you.

Horrible. I made a reservation the night before with a central representative. I completed the application with all information. My driver, who was listed on the policy showed up with license, registration and insurance. He was made to wait over an hour while they decided if they could accept my insurance which clearly stated start date of 6/23/25, 12 month policy, paid in full. They declined this declaration insurance page because it did not clearly state that the policy ended 6/23/26. My driver stated the manager, a female... read more

This place stole from my storage unit. I had stored all my handbags in my unit and when it was time to get my things out, all my handbags were gone and they just left the storage container I had them in. I know it was someone that worked there because they give you the option of providing you with a lock or you bringing your own. The lock we used was the one they provided so the unit was not broken into, therefore I know it was someone from there. Do not recommend leaving stuff of value or storing with them.

I originally chose this storage location because I was impressed by how clean it was and how much they emphasized indoor, pest-controlled units. Mind you, after the promo price ended, I'm paying $333/month, believing my belongings were safe and well-maintained. Fast-forward to less than a year later, I visited my unit only to find it covered in rat droppings and not just a little, a lot. It was disgusting. I would strongly recommend NOT using this storage facility. If you do, make sure that you do not get a unit in the A building. We have had our stuff stored there since January of 2022. Recently we showed up to empty out our unit and realized our stuff had been stolen. We came to realize that they also did not pick the lock but rather the chicken wire that covers the top of the unit had been tampered with. I paid $333 for that storage and I found other storage with better price with the same size storage unit. I asked them if I can leave and take my money back and go sign with other storage. It was only 2 days. They said no and keep the money mean I lost it all. I don't recommend this storage. Anyone knows policy the storage can do that or not?
