In all the years I've used storage facilities, the Extra Space Storage at 135 Martella in Salinas is the best of the best. It was extremely simple to book a unit on line and have it ready to move into with all the information supplied in advance on the internet. Ruth Chavarria is the best!! She helped me with my online situation when I tried to pay. She was able to help me fix it and explained details that I wanted to hear. Neat and cleanliness office! Friendly environment too! She was so calm when I was frantically trying to get a storage today. I didn't realize that there was a lease to add. So I made sure I signed everything while discussing things with her. She guided me on each step. She is best!! Highly recommended!!
