This place cut the lock off our unit without telling us, even though we’ve paid every month, left it unlocked for over a month with only trying to call one time, and no voicemail. Over $1500 of stuff is missing. They said they didn’t cross any “boundaries” and raised our original rent from $90 to $180. The place also has rats a lot of our stuff was destroyed from them in addition.
