I would like to take this time to let u know that Kim lachowicz at the Pittsfield Massachusetts store was very courteous and friendly. She took care of my problem quickly. I would recommend extra spave because of her friendliness and great personality. She deserves a raise. ROMEO!

This is one of the cleanest and most secure storage places I have used and I have a LOT of experience with storage. Kim is terrific and helpful and super friendly. Pricing varies based on availability & comes from their national hq, so don't blame the locals! They will give you the best deal they can, plus it's so much better then places I have paid more for. Thanks Kim & staff, keep up the great work.
