You are indeed fortunate to have such a friendly, affable, and professional store manager as Renee Archer. I came to your office because I had misplaced the forms you had sent to me and asked for help. She walked me through the process and helped me fill them out right on the computer for both my units. She made me feel at ease with the computer and was a pleasure to work with. You are to be commended for having such a delightful employee. She puts a great public face on your company.

I have been a customer since 2017. Renee is a gem. Clean facilities, professional and courteous service. I have never been this satisfied with my storage arrangements anywhere as I am with the Viera location, specifically due to Renee’s hard work. Thank you!! Keep up the good work and please: never transfer Renee away from Viera!!!

Friendly and informative front staff. Especially Renee. She answered our questions and provided a comfort level to make this move in as smooth as possible. We did all of this 10 hrs away. Without seeing the building or meeting face to face. All in all great experience and would recommend this location.

I gave Extra Space Storage 5 stars because of the great service that I received from them. They offer units to fit your needs, top security and a very clean facility. I have used other storage places in the past that look nice on the outside but after a while you start noticing dampness, an unkept environment and pest that start showing up and eat holes through your valuables but not here.
