I gave Extra Space Storage 5 stars because of the great service that I received from them. They offer units to fit your needs, top security and a very clean facility. I have used other storage places in the past that look nice on the outside but after a while you start noticing dampness, an unkept environment and pest that start showing up and eat holes through your valuables but not here. Everyone that I have dealt with at Extra Storage have treated me very well and provided service in the kindest way and are ready to answer my questions. Renee in the office directed me to the perfect fit for what we have versus our price range...she was very kind and took time to answer my questions, Thanks

😀Do you recommend Extra Space Storage (5900 US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL)Our family rented three storage units over the last year and a half. We were at our units numerous times during that period. The facility was always well kept and the unit temperatures cool. We are especially thankful we had many opportunities to deal with the property manager Rene Archer at the Viera site (#7662). Our family cannot say enough about her as a manager, how helpful she and courteous was on all of out visits to the units. We have used multiple storage units over a long period of time and have never come across someone like. We will actually miss seeing her now that we have moved our possessions into a new home. Thanks Rene, for everything. We highly recommend this storage site

My husband and I have rented a storage unit at this storage location for several years and are very happy with the facility -- very clean and outstanding customer service. Renee always greets us when we enter the building, and she is so helpful and friendly when we have called. I highly recommend this storage facility.

What an amazing facility for the price!!!! Not only is the entire facility climate controlled....it's immaculate and Renee and her professional team possess an uncompromising dedication to excellence!! The customer service was second to none. Renee took her time to explain all of the rental options, guide me thru the application process, explained the procedure for accessing the building and even guided me thru the facility to show me exactly where my unit was located. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a clean, climate controlled storage facility for an incredible price!!
