Terrible customer service in the front office! MATT is lazy and needs to be replaced. He makes it very inconvenient to get the help you need! I've heard other customers complaining about him too! Poor work ethics! Bad attitude!

F when I started storing here it was public storage. Never had an issue with them, extra space must've bought them out and didn't send any kind of notice until days after my code stopped working. Couple months later and extra space let the building go to trash. Dirty, weird smell, and unkept, which is wild as the price also went up with the rebrand. I had an account with Public Storage for a few years, paid on time, moved things in and out and was happy with the place. Then one day the gate code mysteriously does not work. I had my sister come from out of town to assist me in retrieving some old photos and family heirlooms from the unit to bring to her home that has a basement with plenty of storage space in New Jersey.
