The team here is great! Super nice and attentive. They recently got rid of the massive homeless problem, so I feel a lot more secure having my stuff stored at this location. The cameras and after hours access helps as well!

This location's staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ms. Wanda is such a blessing with her customer service and effort to assist. I needed to downgrade my unit size, and she took care of me in a matter of minutes. She even called me a few days later to check in. Earl who usually works at the location on a regular is just as friendly and helpful. There are both interior and exterior units in a climate control setting. I'm paying about $60 for the smallest and interior unit and very pleased overall.

Ms. Wanda - thank you Gem, for handling my unit while I was on travel for 6 months. Regardless of my location, Ms. Wanda assisted me with my account on various occasions. She never has a bad day & you can feel those vibes through the phone. Ms. Wanda facilitated closing my account via phone even before picking up my belongings. The entire staff who sometimes floats to another location nearby simply rocks...great & engaging customer service from everyone.
