I've rented a unit here for a few months. Everything has been fine, convenient. I liked the place. My account is good standing. Tonight I stopped by to drop off some gear in my storage unit. It was later in the evening, but I PAY FOR 24 HOUR ACCESS TO MY UNIT. The code didn't work. Weird. I call, all I can do is leave a message. A weird system I issue I assume. This has been the worst facility to deal with. 1. When the new owners took over, they changed my access code without my knowledge, so I couldn't access my account. 2. The rate for my unit was increased without my knowledge and when I contacted the facility, they said they sent me a letter. Why did they not send an email with this information?
