Place so far has been ok. The main problem was that we needed an additional unit. After being there for three months, we were happy with the location. Our remodel is taking some delays so we needed an additional storage space. They told me that a second unit would cost $100 more dollars per month than what we are paying currently. We were not looking for a deal, or felt entitled to one. However, paying 40% more just sounded insane. Both were roughly the same size. these guys are amazing Zack is really helpful, their facility is always clean and always staff is friendly and always available during office hours! I highly recommend this place for storage

I've had a storage space there sense 2006,never had any problems.Stopped by to get a few item's on 9-29. Had a problem with my lock,key wouldn't turn.Got a hold of Zach the manager, he helped me out with the lock.The place has changed hand's,they sent out a notice about a rent increase some month's back.It was a large increase.I talked to him about it,i told him i wasn't happy about the large increase.He told me he would talk to his boss about it,i got an e mail back about 2 hour's latter telling me about a nice decrease, ... read more

I stopped by Extra Space Storage earlier today to pick up a few items from my storage space. I dropped by the office and had the pleasure of meeting Cesi. She helped me with a couple administrative items, and she was great. She provided outstanding assistance and customer service. It was refreshing to deal with Cesi. Large Rent increase after only 2 months. Will be moving to a cleaner, better location.

I started rent on a 10x15 unit the end of December 2022. Rent was $223. They have raised my rent twice in less than a year and rent is now $396.20. Moving items from one location to another is so difficult and they know it. Very disappointed in this storage company and will be moving my things out before mid December More than 60% increase

Bait and switch. Gave us a deal and after 3 months they raised the price 60%. Looking for a new spot.
